Please read the polices below very carefully before registering for lessons 
 
IMPORTANT:  There are no refunds for missed lessons due to your cancellation or early termination. 
Your 30 day termination notification begins when our administrator receives and acknowledges your request via email.  
 
REALLY IMPORTANT:  Termination does not happen by 'telling the teacher or anyone else'.

You will be billed until your written termination request is acknowledged.
 
REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT:  Rules create order and an equality for all.
Thank you for abiding by our policies.

Tuition
  • $100.00 each month
  • Families with 2 or more students pay $85.00
  • Provides for a 30 minute lesson once a week 

(averages not more than 4 lessons per month based on an annual schedule from Sep - Aug)

 

Lesson Payment

  • Tuition is automatically charged 2 business days prior to the 1st of each month.

Attendance

  • The studio and teacher are reserved specifically for you.
  • If you must cancel, please use the online scheduler.
  • Cancellations made prior to 24 hours may be rescheduled. 
  • Reschedule your makeup using the online scheduler.
  • Makeups may only be scheduled one week before or after the cancellation.
  • All rescheduled lessons are subject approval by Administration and the Teacher.
  • There are no refunds or credits for canceled lessons.
